Spray Roses

Unlike long-stem roses that produce one bloom per stem, these roses create a spray of smaller blooms and are also called sweetheart roses.

Delicate and lovely, spray roses--otherwise known as sweetheart roses--are very popular in flower arrangements to add a touch of romance to a bouquet. Similarly, because they are known as sweetheart roses, and because the size is not overwhelming, they make very popular flowers for wrist corsages, jackets’ boutonnieres, and to wear in the hair.

Just like normal roses, each shade of spray roses represents a different meaning. Red spray roses symbolize true love and romance--red, meaning, from the heart. Pink sweetheart roses represent sweet love, appreciation, and gratitude, and are perfect to give to a friend or family member. Yellow spray roses mean get well, remembrance, and happiness.
